7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Original invoice must be provided
- Custom or personalized notebooks are non-returnable
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
